We have used the Alsford's Surbiton branch for a project where we have spent over £10,000 and despite the discount, the final price wasnt that great. They however managed to source materials which were out of stock anywhere else.
Timber purchased from Alsford tends to shrink a lot with time, causing cracks - we had to come back to the property and repair the cracks.
Return policy is also very limiting.
The staff at the Surbiton branch are very helpful and great people to work with.
